[20a-P2-2] Study on a measurement method of two-dimensional birefringence distribution based on localized fringe analysis on multi-beam polarization interference

In recent years, many new approaches that utilize the high computing capacity of computers in the optical measurement field have been reported. In this research, we propose that local fringe analysis of the complex fringe based on three-beam interference using Fourier transformation is applied for birefringence distribution measurement.
