マイケルソン・ツイン干渉計の外乱補償および変位計測への応用を試み，温度制御と防振設備を必要としない実験環境で，変位測定精度は数ナノメートルオーダーまで行えることが確認できた．この干渉計はレーザーの時間コヒーレンスのみならず空間コヒーレンスの計測も期待できる．
