A superconducting quantum interferometer is used for very weak magnetic field measurement, but it is very large and expensive. In this research, in order to realize low cost and compactness, we aim to develop a magnetic sensor using CPT resonance of cesium atoms in a thin cell. Using a thin cell makes it possible to reduce the cost and size of the sensor device and improve the spatial resolution of the magnetic field measurement, but the signal intensity is reduced. As a method to solve this problem, we attempted to increase the signal intensity by using multiple reflected light by two mirrors.
