We studied film formation of hole transport layer of organic EL by mist deposition method. It is known that the vaporization rate of the solution affects the film quality in the mist deposition method. Therefore, in order to improve the film quality, we discussed using two kinds of solvents with different boiling point. As the deposition temperature increased, the ionization potential decreased.It was suggested that the surface roughness is improved and the electronic properties can be controlled, especially by changing the ratio of the mixed solvent and the film forming temperature.
