[20a-P8-3] Power Generation by Vibration of Lead-Free (K,Na)NbO3-LiSbO3 Piezoelectrics

Vibration power generators, harvested energy from environmental vibrations, have been widely studied as a key component of the future sensor network society. However, the future regulation of no-use of Lead-contained materials demands developments of the lead-free piezoelectric power generators. We have been developed the ball-collision method for the precise measurement of generation efficiency, and reported the maximum efficiency 13.1 % in (K,Na)Nb3 system. In the paper, we will report larger maximum efficiency 15.7 % is possible in (K,Na)NbO3-LiSbO3 lead-free materials.
