We have developed novel Si/CdTe semiconductor Compton cameras, which have a capability to detect recoil electron trajectories. One approach for further effective Compton imaging is to detect directions of Compton recoil electrons, and, this information leads to fully Compton event reconstruction. In this presentation, we present the results from the prototype Compton camera.
