We developed a PDMS microchannel integrated terahertz chip for trace analysis of liquid solution. By utilizing near-field interactions between local terahertz source, metaterials and the liquid solution flowing inside the PDMS microchannel, we showed the possibility of high-sensitive sensing of the trace amount of liquid solution with different concentration.
