When a laser light with a wavelength which is the same scale as a structure is exposed to space inversion asymmetric structures, PIV generated because of optical rectification that is one of second order nonlinear optical effects. A target structure of this study is an aluminum thin film having a lot of isosceles triangle hole, named a unit cell. A unit cell aligned periodically and unidirectionally with a constant pitch. A cell contains periodical unit cells. Two cells aligned so that each apex side was connected. Three electrode terminals were attached to the ends of each cell. Two of three electrode terminals were selected to measure PIV generated from an individual circuit and a connected circuit.
