[20p-F104-2] Effect of Ta2O5 additive on dielectric properties of Sr2NaNb5O15 ceramics

In the previous presentation, we showed the temperature dependence of permittivity of Sr2NaNb5-xTaxO15(SNNT). SNN-Ta2O5 ceramic prepared bu adding Ta2O5 to SNN showed the similar charactaristic in permittivity, but showed the complicated temperature dependence of the dielectric loss apparing small dielectric loss peaks irregularly, suggesting the existence if the nanoscale composition heterogenity.
