[20p-P4-28] Detection of H2O2 in atmospheric pressure helium plasma using mass spectrometry
Keywords:Atmospheric pressure plasmas, H2O2, Mass spectrometry
H2O2 is one of the most important reactive species for mdedical applications of atmospheric pressure plasmas. Ionic species generated by atmospheric helium plasmas were measured using an atmospheric pressure ionization mass spectrometer, and the negative ions which include H2O2 and HO2 were detected in the downstream of the plasma jets.
