H₂O₂ is one of the most important reactive species for mdedical applications of atmospheric pressure plasmas. Ionic species generated by atmospheric helium plasmas were measured using an atmospheric pressure ionization mass spectrometer, and the negative ions which include H₂O₂ and HO₂ were detected in the downstream of the plasma jets.
