[18a-B12-8] Refractive index increase of photocured hybrid material by wet annealing

The demand for optical materials having high refractive index (RI) and high transparency is increasing, and a polymer complexed with high-RI nanoparticles such as TiO2 (n = 2.5 to 2.7) is one of high-RI materials. Therefore, wet annealing has been reported as a method of further increasing the RI in the thermoplastic hybrid material after preparation. In this study, the RI improvement was newly observed by wet annealing also in the photocured hybrid material, and the mechanism was investigated.
