[18a-E101-7] Fabrication and characterization of Sr1-xYxSnO3 prepared by peroxide precipitate method

TiO2 is widely used as an electron transport layer of perovskite solar cells. However, It has a problem that the stability of the device is reduced under UV irradiation. We fabricated the perovskite solar cell using LBSO as an electron transporting layer last time. However, LBSO require the high temperature annealing and isn’t suitable on a flexible substrate. In this study, we prepared YSSO that can fabricate devices by low temperature process and report the results.
