[18a-E204-9] Optical deformation characteristics of azopolymer microparticles in water medium

Optical deformation characteristics of azopolymer microparticles in water medium were investigated. The azopolymer particles generated in a cell fulfilled with water medium were excited by linearly polarized laser light. We found that the shapes of particles were changed in the direction of polarization, and the particles were more extended than those of them in air.
