The development of one of brand-new Laser diodes Pumped Phosphor Ce:YAG/Al2O3 Melt Growth Composite (MGC) has been progressing. Ce:YAG/Al2O3 MGC was grown by μPD and CZ Method using Ir, Mo and W Crucible. Fluorescence properties of MGC is better than properties of commercially available Phosphor.
