Electron transport in organic semiconductors is mainly determined by electron transfer integration between molecules. On the other hand, the relative configuration of adjacent molecules (crystal structure) is determined by intermolecular interactions. Therefore, to design a good organic semiconductor, it is necessary to understand the correlation of these two parameters. In this study, we examined how the above two parameters change in herringbone arrangement pentacene dimer depending on the relative arrangement.
