[18a-E308-5] Measurement of electrical properties for grphene on spphire without any electrodes

We have reported the sheet resistance of graphene without any electrodes, using THz Time-Domain Spectroscopy (THz-TDS). Now, we report that we measured the electrical properties using van der pauw method and THz-TDS. As a result, the two measurement results were in good agreement. Then, we have clarified that the electrical properties of graphene, such as sheet resistance, carrier density and mobility, could be measured using THz-TDS without contact and destruction.
