Recently, we have demonstrated that an optically transparent dipole antenna fabricated using chemical vapor deposition (CVD)-grown monolayer graphene can radiate microwave power in microwave bands. Additionally, we have showed that ~90 % of the microwave power is fed to the antenna elements based on CVD monolayer graphene. In this paper, the reflection coefficients of the coplanar waveguides fabricated using CVD monolayer graphene were measured to clarify the contact characteristics of the metal/graphene in microwave bands. The equivalent circuit model was used to extract the contact characteristics of metal/graphene in microwave bands. This study provides building block that are essential for designing the structure of a feeder line of the graphene antenna.
