[18a-E317-1] Low-Temperature Preparation of CaTiO3/Ti Composite Dielectric Materials with Boundary-layer Structure

For the development of high-performance ceramic capacitors, we have focused on boundary-layer-type (BL) capacitors. Then, we tried to use paraelectrics, CaTiO3, as the boundary layer to prepare temperature-independent CaTiO3/Ti composite BL capacitors with higher dielectric breakdown strength. We synthesized Ti(core)-CaTiO3(shell) particles by the hydrothermal method and the green compacts by pressing. The CaTiO3/Ti composites were prepared by connecting between these core-shell particles constituting compacts via chemical reaction.
