[18a-E318-13] Seppen-Katamuki Analysis of Electron Emission Properties of Field Emitter Arrays under Gamma-ray Irradiation

Electron emission properties of the field emitter arrays under gamma-ray irradiation were investigated with an aid of seppen-katamuki analysis whcih uses a diagram of intercept and slope of the Fowler-Nodrheim plots. The electron emission properties distributed along the same line in the seppen-katamuki chart, which implies little difference in the surface state of the emitter between with and without gamma-ray irradiation.
