Metallic nanostructures have a variety of applications such as sensitive detection using surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) and a catalyst. In this study, combined interference pattern laser processing technique and laser-induced dot transfer (LIDT) technique, as which we named “interference pattern LIDT”. We deposited Au nanodots in lattice in a single shot successfully. The unit structure was single, homo (layered) or nanogap (<20 nm). The SERS activity was confirmed.
