[18a-PA4-7] Spectrogram shaping of femtosecond optical pulses using spatial light modulators

Pulse shapers with spatial light modulators (SLM) have been utilized to control time series of the intensities of femtosecond optical pulses. We, on the other hand, present a novel method to realize the shaping of the time series of the spectra, i.e., the spectrogram shaping, with a SLM pulse shaper. We believe that our spectrogram shaping technique opens the new possibilities to control/measure light-matter interactions.
