Keywords:gas-liquid interfacial plasma, optical emission spectroscopy

In this study, the diagnostics of gas-liquid interfacial plasma was performed using optical emission spectroscopy in order to clarify the synthesis mechanism of nanoparticles. The gas-liquid interface plasma was generated by applying an AC voltage between the electrodes placed in the gas phase and the liquid phase. The argon and hydrogen mixed gas was used. From the results on the applied voltage dependence on emission intensity, it is suggested that the production of H atoms by electron impact dissociation from H2O or H2 was promoted as the electron density and the electron temperature increased.
