We have investigated on optimization, automation, and accelerating quantum beam measurements and data analysis using materials informatics. High-throughput measurement and analysis not only can reduce the labor of researchers, but also advances in commoditization that enables material measurement and analysis that only skilled experts can perform. High-throughput measurement should become an indispensable technology for the advancement of materials science.
