In ICT and IoT society, sensor technology that senses various information has become important. Dynamic object detection has been performed by compound eye structuring for organic photoelectric conversion devices in this laboratory. However, PCPDTBT was a red absorbing material and the external quantum efficiency was about 1/10 that of other colors. Therefore, we report interface state density and measured internal quantum efficiency in order to search for the cause of low external quantum efficiency and new materials.
