There are many efforts to identify chemical states using SPM. Nano-scale grating, which was fabricated for testing infrared spectroscopy resolution, was used for testing Nano-FTIR method, and mapping teknique with near field optical microscope. The resolution of infrared absorption mapping was systematically investigated. In addition, results of mapping using infrared absorption spectrum for the adhesion interface of resin material will be reported.
