Since the change in ion current generated when particles pass through the microchannel filled with the electrolyte solution is affected by the movement path of the particles, the change in ion current varies, which causes the measurement accuracy to deteriorate, which is a problem. We made parallel pores in the microchannel and tried to improve the variation of the ion current change statistically.
