[18p-E205-9] High harmonics diffraction caused by elliptically polarized beams
Keywords:High Harmonic Generation
High harmonic generation is useful for developing the light source in the extreme ultraviolet region, ultrafast spectroscopy of the electron dynamics in atoms and molecules, and so on. In particular, controlling the incident beams opens the door to many applications. Here, we find that high harmonics are diffracted by using the two non-collinear elliptically polarized incident beams. We explain this diffraction in terms of the conservation laws of spin and momentum of photons, and the wave picture.
