Imaging technologies based on terahertz (THz) waves have been increasingly expected as a powerful tool for nondestructive inspections in various kinds of scientific and industrial fields including security, organic/inorganic materials characterization, agriculture, and medical and biological science. Previously, we developed flexible THz cameras and wearable THz scanner based on bendable carbon nanotube (CNT) films and demonstrated multi-view nondestructive THz inspections. In this research, we developed further flexible THz imaging applications: multi-view THz endoscope that enabled us to examine inner surface of curved objects such as cylindrical infrastructure equipment including water and gas pipes.
