[18p-E216-1] Spin blockade in k-space and Rashba resonance in a double well structure

We report that spin blockade like phenomenon occurs in the tunneling between two quantum wells when the sign of Rashba spin-orbit interaction is reversed to each other by doping to the barrier layer. The blockade appears as shrinkage of bonding-anti bonding split and is partially lifted by spin-orbit resonance with applying microwave.
