[18p-E307-6] Analysis of stabilization mechanism of air-stability for n-type carbon nanotube sheet
Keywords:Thermoelectric conversion, Carbon nanotube, Adsorption isotherm
In recent years, single-walled carbon nanotube (SWNT) have attracted attention as thermoelectric (TE) materials. The construction of a TE conversion device requires both p-type and n-type TE materials, but organic n-type materials are difficult to stabilize due to air oxidation. In our laboratory, we have reported long term air stable n-type SWNT by doping n-dopant that has a stable cation state in air, however its stabilization mechanism has not been clear. In this study, we analyzed the stabilization mechanism from adsorption isotherm experiments.
