We developed low-background measuring methods of 36Cl with the AMS system at the Univ. of Tsukuba. The 36Cl beam transmission of 12% was achieved by changing the beam energy to 48.0 MeV. It would be expected that the background isotopic ratio improved to 36Cl/Cl ~ 10-16 by the developed analysis method for 36Cl spectrum.
