[18p-PB1-14] The challenge of controlling non-magnetic thin film physical properties by SVL (spin valve-like) composite film magnetic structure

Using exchange bias with SVL composite film structure, we aimed at band gap control by magnetic field and novel device creation. Solid phase epitaxial growth was performed using a sputtering method for thin film preparation. The thin film obtained showed a novel magnetization behavior, and the influence of exchange interaction was observed. The spin directions of the antiferromagnetic layer are aligned parallel to the film surface, suggesting changes in uniaxial anisotropy of the ferromagnetic film, the exchange bias magnetic field, and the band gap of TiO2.
