[18p-PB1-17] Inverse spin Hall effect under high intensity microwave pulse excitation
Keywords:inverse spin Hall effect
It is known that an electromotive force is generated by the inverse spin Hall effect (ISHE) with the propagation of spin current from a ferromagnetic substance to a nonmagnetic substance, and pulsed microwave excitation is effective to generate it only when needed. However, when irradiated with such high intensity microwaves, a phenomenon not seen in conventional ISHE may appear. In this study, we report the characteristics of the signal observed when high-intensity microwave pulse is irradiated to the metal bilayer structure.
