[18p-PB1-18] Temperature dependence of spin-orbit torque in Pt/CoO/Co system

Previously, we have shown that the spin-orbit torque in a Co/Pt system is significantly enhanced by inserting a thin oxidation layer (CoO) into Co/Pt interface. In this study, we investigated the temperature dependence of spin-orbit torque in a Pt/CoO/Co system in order to clarify the correlation between the antiferromagnetic nature of CoO and the spin-orbit torque.
