[19a-B12-9] Wrinkle structure for enhancing stretchability of functional materials

In this research, we present a technique for enhancing stretchability of organic functional materials attached onto elastomeric substrate using a organic membrane Parylene as an adhesive layer. We also present that stretch and release applied to the layers/elastomer system causes the length gap between the layers and the elastomer and emerges of wrinkle structures. Here, we present stretchablity enhancement and wrinkle structures in the cases of usage of PEDOT:PSS and Super Yellow.
