Keywords:metal halide perovskite, organic light-emitting diode, carrier transport layer

We use a metal halide perovskite as the carrier transport layers of organic light-emitting diodes. By taking advantage of high carrier mobility of the perovskite, we can increase a total thickness of organic light-emitting diodes to two micrometers (more than twice the thickness of typical devices), without scarifying driving voltages, external quantum efficiencies, and operational durability.
