Metal halide perovskite LEDs has emission with smaller half width than that of an organic LED, and is expected to be applied to a high quality image display, and has an advantage of being able to form a coating film. However, this metal halide perovskite LEDs are far from being put to practical use in terms of luminous efficiency and durability. In this study, we investigated the degradation mechanism by applying various loads as the cause of degradation with light emission of metal halide perovskite.
