Precision molding processing technology for polymer materials is very important as a basic technology to support medical device development. In addition, the material properties of the crystalline PLLA changes depending on molding process conditions. Thus, it is important to evaluate the function of molded articles in consideration of the molding process. In this study, we developed molding technology of microneedles using bioabsorbable polymer by micromolding, and evaluated the insertion function of the manufactured microneedle using human skin model.
