It is important to treat the barrier function for the complete cure of skin inflammation such as atopic dermatitis. Therefore, treatment of skin barrier function and quantitative evaluation method of its recovery process are important. In this study, we focused on light and electrical treatment as a treatment method for skin barrier function and transepidermal potential (TEP) measurement as an evaluation method. We developed a skin therapy device that can monitor the recovery process of the barrier function by TEP measurement, and tried to observe the recovery process in real time.
