Thermoelectric efficiency is known as the Figure of Merit zT strongly depends on carrier concentration, then a large zT is realized by standing both a high electrical conductivity and a high Seebeck coefficient. To reveal an electrical conductivity - Seebeck coefficient relationship, we have investigated carrier concentration dependence of thermoelectric properties on rubrene single crystal using field-effect modulation.
