The conversion efficiency of CZTS-based solar is widely known as strongly depending on the composition of CZTS. In this study, effects of selenium supply at growth and annealing was investigated, although the selenium supply is small impact on the composition. As a result, it was found that the supply at the growth strongly affect the PV properties rather than that at the annealing, and that there is an optimal selenium supply.
