Nb-doped rutile TiO2 nanorod arrays were fabricated as electron transport layers of perovskite solar cells. We will discuss the properties of nanorods fabricated under various synthesis conditions to optimize the nanorod shape and the photoelectric conversion characteristics when applied to perovskite solar cells.
