[19a-PA2-21] Noise suppression of Terahertz evanescent wave spectroscopy by proton exchange waveguide
Keywords:Terahertz
In the previous researches, a titanium diffused waveguide was used as terahertz wave sensing device for THz evanescent spectroscopy.
However, there was a problem that noise caused by polarization fluctuation of pump dual wavelength light was large and the reproducibility was low. In this study, we tried to reduce noise caused by polarization fluctuation by introducing a proton exchange waveguide. The noise could be reduced about 19 dB and reproducibility was improved by introducing a proton exchange waveguide.
