[19a-PA2-25] Influence of Photo-excitation for Transmitted Terahertz Waveform in thin silicon

We discuss the carrier dynamics of semiconductor by propagation characteristics of THz pulse which is involved by optical constants. In the results of optical pump/terahertz probe spectroscopy (OPTP) of bulk silicon and thin film silicon, we observed that the propagation characteristics of the transmitted terahertz electric field waveforms were largely different.
