[19a-PA2-26] Change of phase transition temperature of KDP single crystal by doping alanine

KDP is a non-linear optical crystal having high SHG conversion efficiency due to its high dielectric property, and is known to show the ferroelectric phase transition at 122 K. Recently, it has been reported that SHG efficiency is increased by alanine doping. However, its origin and the change of the phase transition by doping have been still unclear. We have grown alanine-doped KDP single crystals and measured polarized reflectivity spectra in THz region to investigate the doping dependence of the phase transition temperature.
