[19a-PA2-7] THz wave generation from side surface of ridge-shaped PPLN pumped by fs-pulse

To generate THz waves more efficiently, we designed periodic structure of PPLN sample to generate THz wave in direction of side-surface. Moreover, we fabricated ridge-shaped PPLN (ridge height 130 um, width 20 um, length 45 mm). By using bolometer, THz wave from the side-surface of the PPLN pumped by fs-pulse will be measured.
