Ca₂RuO₄ has been known to have a superconducting transition under high pressure, but in recent years, a superconducting transition under normal pressure has been discovered in a thinned sample. However, its detailed structure has not been elucidated. The structural identification of the superconducting phase is essential for the development of new superconductors. Here, we report on the relationship between grain size and the structural transition of Ca₂RuO₄.
