Change in photovoltaic module materials by environmental stressors brings some materials and reactions influencing photovoltaic cells, leading to a decrease in photovoltaic performances. Photovoltaic modules are composed of polymer, ceramics and metal materials, and reactions among them are important for degradation. Degradation mechanism and countermeasure for both electrode-corrosion degradation and potential-induced degradation will be presented.
