Plasma medical and agricultural application studies have shown causes and effects of the plasma treatments on various biological responses. Organic-substance-derivatives generated by plasma gather researchers’ attention as the key species inducing the biological responses. Thus, precursor species for the plasma generated derivatives and their production control increase in importance. Control of the discharge plasma and the reactive species leading to the precursor species will be discussed.
