In this study, we have been developing superconducting nanowire single-photon detectors (SSPDs) for wavelength 900nm-1100nm band, which is difficult to detect photons with the semiconductor avalanche photodiode. In order to maximize the photon detection efficiency in the target wavelength range, the SSPDs were fabricated on a dielectric multilayer. In addition, the dependence of the photon detection efficiency of SSPD on wavelength was measured by using a supercontinuum light source, and it was confirmed that the optical characteristics of the dielectric multilayer well appeared in the measurement results.
